- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber (strained)
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant (2-3 minutes).
