  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Press wonton wrappers into greased mini muffin tins.
  2. Bake empty wonton cups for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. While baking, brown pork in skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to pork. Cook 5 minutes.
