Crispy Gochujang Pork Wonton Cups with Sesame-Lime Slaw

Ingredients
- 24 square wonton wrappers
- 1 lb ground pork
- 3 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Press wonton wrappers into greased mini muffin tins.
- Bake empty wonton cups for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- While baking, brown pork in skillet over medium heat.
- Add gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to pork. Cook 5 minutes.
- Combine cabbage, carrots, vinegar, lime juice, and sesame oil for slaw.
- Remove baked wonton cups from oven and fill with pork mixture.
- Top each cup with a small mound of slaw.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
