Instructions

  1. Press tofu between paper towels with a heavy pan for 15 minutes to remove moisture.
  2. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes and toss with cornstarch until fully coated.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add tofu in a single layer and cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and sriracha in a small bowl.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and pour sauce over crispy tofu. Toss gently for 1-2 minutes until glaze thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle with sesame seeds.
