Honey Ginger Lime Chicken Skillet with Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions (sliced)
Instructions
- Whisk honey, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and Sriracha in a bowl.
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt/pepper.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until browned. Remove.
- Add broccoli to skillet with 2 tbsp water. Cover and steam 3 minutes.
- Uncover, drizzle with sesame oil, and cook 2 more minutes. Remove broccoli.
- Return chicken to skillet and pour sauce over. Simmer 3-4 minutes until glazed.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over broccoli and toss.
- Plate chicken with broccoli. Garnish with green onions and extra lime wedges.
