Ingredients
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 lime (juiced + zest)
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 ripe mango, julienned
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Pour glaze over cooked shrimp, tossing to coat until sticky (1-2 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Combine coleslaw mix, mango, cilantro, mayo, and a squeeze of lime in a separate bowl.
- Char tortillas lightly in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble tacos: layer slaw, then glazed shrimp on each tortilla.
- Garnish with extra cilantro and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
Chef's Note
For extra caramelization, let the shrimp sit undisturbed for 1 minute after adding the glaze.
Make-Ahead Tips
Prep slaw and glaze up to 24 hours ahead; store separately in airtight containers.
