- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter for cooking
Instructions

- Flatten bread slices with rolling pin
- Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture on each slice
- Place 1 bacon strip on edge of each slice
- Roll up bread tightly around filling

- Dip each roll-up in egg mixture, coating completely
- Cook in buttered skillet over medium heat until golden (2-3 mins per side)
- Drizzle with remaining maple syrup before serving
Chef's Note
Use thick-cut bacon for best texture - it holds its shape better when rolled. For extra crispiness, finish roll-ups in air fryer at 400°F for 2 mins!
Make-Ahead Tips
Assemble roll-ups night before (without dipping). Store covered in fridge. Dip in egg mixture just before cooking.
Substitutions
Turkey bacon for lighter version. Almond milk works for dairy-free.
